Set up your SMS auto-reply for the incoming messages if you receive them outside of your Business Hours so your clients could receive the answer immediately and feel that they are cared for even if you’re outside of the office.
How to set it up?
Under SMS Settings please enable Business Hours, set up the time and day you work, scroll down and select a canned response for the SMS that would enter the system outside of BH, or type a new message into the field below. It also works with our placeholder.
Then hit the Save Settings button.
SMS auto-reply will automatically be sent using the outbound SMS ID the incoming message came to. For example, if you receive a message to number X1, the auto-reply will be sent from X1 number as well.
