From now you can get a better sense of website visitor satisfaction by allowing them to provide their feedback about their chat experience. Visitors can rate a chat as either bad, poor, fair, good, or excellent after the chat session.
You can enable the chat rating option at the Livechat Settings section:
and also customize the messages for the rating label, comment label, and a thank you message.
