Good news! Now it’s possible to add the attachments via the Nectar Desk Live chat.

Both ND agents and website visitors can add different attachments (doc., CSV. files, images, audio, etc.) while using our Live chat. Also, there is an ability to download the file on PC just in a click.

To do it, just hit the icon near the message field, choose the required file from your computer and it will be successfully sent.

This is a very useful feature, especially for the support Live chats as it allows the support representatives to send their clients a guide on how to use the new feature or a screenshot on how to avoid the error the client is facing with. Meantime, customers could explain their concerns in detail, providing the video with an example of the issue.
