Voicemail Drop feature allows you to leave pre-recorded message every time you hit voicemail box


General Overview of the feature


How to set it up:

  1. Navigate to Settings –>> Recordings and Upload voicemails for each of your agents. Hint: Name recordings properly so you can recognize them while selecting under Agent Profiles
  2. Next go to Settings –>> Agents –>> Edit Agent and select recording in appropriate field
  3. Settings –>> General Settings –>> Enable Vociemail Drop Feature
