Nectar Desk users may choose the pre-recorded response from a drop-down menu, and it gets inserted into your answer. So, the agent becomes more productive and the client receives a more carefully crafted answer. To start using Canned Responses, first of all, you need to go to SMS Settings. Type the title of your template and the text itself. Furthermore, you can create as many predetermined answers as you want for further usage.
