Our story

We were nesting the idea of what turned to be a Nectar Desk since around 2011. While running multi-million e-commerce business we were facing a challenge of shitty VOIP companies, super expensive Call Center Softwares and over-complicated Helpdesk. Why do we need to have 25 tools to do Customer Support? No idea. That’s why we started Nectar Desk. Our mission is to simplify life for Contact Centers and HelpDesks of any size. It doesn’t matter if you are a 3 man “shop” or 1000 seats call centers – Nectar Desk is the solution to make your life easier and business more profitable.
