Create an IVR menu with a welcome message, timeout and retries, then add the key-press options that route callers to queues, agents and other targets.
2:12Create an extension
Create a 3 or 4 digit extension with a label that rings an agent's SIP endpoint or an external phone number.

Add a phone number you already own, then set its call routing, SMS routing and assigned outbound caller ID.

Upload an MP3, WAV, OGG, M4A or AAC file of up to 50 MB with a name and category, for use in IVR menus, queue hold music or voicemail greetings.
