Configure a call queue
In this video
- Open Settings > Queues and click the pencil on the queue you want to edit.
- Set the ring strategy, music on hold, and welcome message.
- Configure wait time, overflow, members and priority.
- Add announcements and, if needed, a business hours override, then save.
