Create a CSAT survey

CSAT Survey > CSAT Surveys > Create Survey1:15

In this video

  1. Open CSAT Survey > CSAT Surveys and click Create Survey.
  2. Enter a name, ring group and caller ID, and set exclusion rules.
  3. Write the welcome message and add up to five questions.
  4. Add a thank-you message, then save.
