We’re excited to announce Nectar Desk Release 4.1.0! This update brings new features and improvements to make your experience better. So, you can easily find and manage campaigns, and enjoy a redesigned messaging system, disable wrap time for missed calls. We’ve also added options to customize your live chat widget for different devices. These changes aim to make your work faster and easier than ever before.

We’ve redesigned the Calling Campaigns interface to simplify your management. You can use a new search field to find campaigns by ID or name. Additionally, there’s a “Start” button to activate or continue a campaign and an “Action” button to duplicate, edit, view progress, or delete campaigns.
The text fields and buttons in the Active Messages section have been updated for a cleaner look, but their functions remain the same. You can search for canned responses more easily with the new search field. Furthermore, the pop-up for scheduling messages has been redesigned with an easy-to-use calendar. So, it is easier to set or change dates and times. Additionally, a new “Load Previous Threads” button helps you view past conversations without cluttering the interface.
We’ve added helpful buttons such as “Filter”, “Reset Filters”, and “Export” for the Messaging Inbox and History. Therefore, you are able to filter and export messages by number, agent, date, and other values. After filtering, there is an opportunity to export a detailed report straight to your email. We also added a reset filter button, so you can clear your filters and start over.

The new option for Agent’s Status offers greater flexibility in managing call wrap-up time. Now, you can choose to disable wrap-up time for unanswered incoming calls. This change helps agents stay focused and work more efficiently.
