Release 3.1.0 (13.04.2021)
April brings many long-awaited updates to Nectar Desk. We’ve grouped some of that in Release 3.1.0.
Today we want to stick together and help you make sense of what’s out there. Let’s discuss:
- Handling Contact Field Placeholders
- Share Contact Button Under Calling Campaigns
- WhatsApp Enabled Numbers Column
Here we go!
Handling Contact Field Placeholders
Before the Release
After the Release
Previously you could type the name of the custom field in such a way: %Custom field name% and our system would pick up the information from this field automatically to the text.
We've created a drop-down called Merge Placeholders and have now each field existing in the account listed here. When you click it, our system automatically pastes the placeholder to the text field in a proper format.
Share Contact Button Under Calling Campaigns
In this release, we’ve added the Share Contact button to the calling campaigns section.
It can be used when agents make calls and schedule appointments, and then they may share the details over email with colleagues:
WhatsApp Enabled Numbers Column
If in your Nectar account there is any contact with enabled WhatsApp messaging ability, we show the column WhatsApp Enabled under Settings > Numbers, so you could know for sure you can use this number for WhatsApp texting purposes:
*Please note that we have new SMS & MMS rates from May 1st
That’s all for today. Stay in touch with Nectar Desk and we will surprise you with more nice features soon😎
