Handling Contact Field Placeholders

Share Contact Button Under Calling Campaigns
In this release, we’ve added the Share Contact button to the calling campaigns section.
It can be used when agents make calls and schedule appointments, and then they may share the details over email with colleagues:
WhatsApp Enabled Numbers Column
If in your Nectar account there is any contact with enabled WhatsApp messaging ability, we show the column WhatsApp Enabled under Settings > Numbers, so you could know for sure you can use this number for WhatsApp texting purposes:
