Push call, SMS, contact, and deal events to any URL with signed webhooks and a delivery log, and send notifications to Slack.
Nectar Desk webhooks send event data to an external URL when a call ends, a disposition is saved or changed, a recording is ready, an SMS is sent or received, or a contact or deal is created or updated. Webhooks can be filtered, signed with HMAC-SHA256, and replayed from a delivery log, and notifications can also be sent to a Slack channel.
