Nectar Desk ring groups ring a defined set of agents simultaneously (blast) or in order (hunt) when a call arrives. The first agent to answer takes the call — reducing wait time for callers and ensuring no call goes unanswered when agents are available.
Simultaneous Ring
All agents in the group ring at once — the first to answer takes the call.
Hunt Sequence
Ring agents in a defined order — first agent A, then B if unanswered, then C, etc.
Fallback Routing
If no agent in the group answers, automatically overflow to a queue, voicemail, or external number.
Multiple Groups
Create separate ring groups for each department, shift, or product team — fully configurable.
