Automated Calls
This is our Voice Broadcast functionality which was recently added to our portfolio. Allows you to run Survey Campaigns, Press-1 campaigns as well as just a simple Voice Broadcast. Could be useful in many different cases when you would like system to call Contact without getting agent involved first or not involved at all.
Some examples of use cases: Automatically call new Lead and offer to speak to the Sales person, call people who abandoned Shopping cart on your web site, automate your debt collection process and many more. |
