Nectar Desk Release 3.0.2 (25.02.2021)
New ideas should be immediately turned into reality for the benefit of our customers – this is one of our main rules. That’s why we would like to share with you our last update from Release 3.0.2.
What’s new at Nectar Desk?
- Contact Details: SMS Activity Update
- Local SMS-enabled Numbers for Free Trial Creation
- Two Factor Authentication Using Email
Let’s figure out how these options might be useful for you.
1. Contact Details: SMS Activity Update
At our last release, we’ve updated the Contact Details with detailed information about the text messages you receive or send to your customer.
Before the Release | After the Release |
The Recent Activity for SMS included only the SMS type, agent who handled the conversation, date and time, and the message itself. | We’ve expanded it with the SMS status, disposition code, and notes fields. |
2. Local SMS-enabled Numbers for Free Trial Creation
This part of our last release focuses on the number the lead purchases when creates a Nectar Desk Free Trial account.
All our leads will get the SMS-enabled number to test not only the calling but SMS functionality.
Before the Release | After the Release |
When the trial was created, a Toll-Free number was added to the account automatically. That caused inconveniences for leads who wanted to test Nectar Desk SMS functionality. | We now automatically assign the US/CA Local SMS-enabled number to every new Free Trial account so leads could fully enjoy our SMS functionality included, but not limited to. |
3.Two Factor Authentication Using Email
We at Nectar Desk care a lot about the safety and security of your data. For this reason, we now handle the Two Factor Authentication to log into the account.
The procedure is the following:
First of all the agent enters his email and password at the login page.
Right after that, he receives the verification code to his email address which he needs to enter at the login page:
That’s it, the account login is done.
*Please note that the verification code is available for 10 minutes only, then it expires.
To enable the Two Factor Authentication option or in case of any questions have arisen, please contact our support at [email protected].
We’re doing our best for you ?
