Australian Toll Free Numbers (1800) or Shared Cost lines (1300) are considered as invalid CLIDs (Callers IDs) in Australia , as a consequence CLID is transformed to ‘anonymous’ on used path.

 

Unfortunately this is something we can not change or impact.

As a solution please use local or mobile Australian numbers. Our support team would be happy to assist with setting it up.
