Select where you want to transfer the call from the drop down menu.
You can transfer a call to an extension, an agent or to an external number.
After making your selection, click on “Transfer Now” button.
Once the call is transferred, system will put caller on mute ( which plays hold music.)
Once the call is connected to another agent or number, you can either cancel the transfer (if that agent is not available or busy etc.) or you can unmute the caller to introduce to the new agent.
After you introduce the caller, now you will have the ability to complete this transfer by clicking on “complete transfer” button. This will leave caller and new agent connected and you will be disconnected from the call.
