You can get a quick overview of all received messages by viewing the Messaging History screen.
The Messaging History tab is located in the left side menu.
On the screen, you will see a truncated version of messages received.
It is easy to find the necessary information due to the Filter tab at the top right.
Under the column Actions, you can view conversations or edit dispositions.
It is also possible to configure channels to view particular messages.
You will not lose any important information with the help of the Nectar Desk option – Messaging History.
