In order for agents to send and receive SMS messages, access needs to be granted to their account. You can grant access using the following steps:

  1. Log in as an administrative user
  2. Click on Settings in the left side menu
  3. Select Agents
  4. Click on pencil in the row of the Agent you wish to edit
  5. Under Communication settings check the checkbox labelled SMS


  6. Click the Submit button

    You can also select an Outbound SMS ID for your agent :
