How to set up Zoiper for IOS :
1) Having Zoiper app opened go Settings >
2) Choose Accounts > Add new ( cross at the top right corner ) > (it will ask about availability of the account, press “Yes”) > Manual configuration > SIP account >
3) Fill all the field as per screenshot
Account name: could be custom, it stands for the name of the profile displayed at your phone
Domain: phone.plivo.com
Username : Could be found in NectarDesk account under Settings > Agents >
> edit (pencil symbol)
Password: password from you Nectar Desk account
Caller id should be blank
4) Press “Register” at the top of the screen
5) If everything is done as per instruction it should say: Registration status: OK
6) That’s it! Now you can make and receive calls using Zoiper
How to set up Zoiper for Android:
1) Having Zoiper app opened fill in Username and Password from you Nectar Desk account
You could find credentials under Settings > Agents > edit (pencil symbol on the right from the
Name of the agent
Username
Password
2) Hostname should be phone.plivo.com
3) Skip next page ( Authentication username and Outbound proxy )
4) Choose SIP TCP at the next page
5) That’s it! Now you can make and receive calls using Zoiper
