Nectar Desk should be used with Chrome Browser.

Specific browser extensions can block some of our software’s  functionalities, including the audio, and cause the interface to behave unexpectedly.

Here is a list of extensions you should avoid when using our software :

  • AdBlock Plus
  • AdBlock
  • HTTPS Everywhere
  • ScriptSafe
  • Flashblock
  • Disconnect
  • DoNotTrackMe
  • Ghostery

Please make sure you are not using these extensions. In case you have these installed, please follow these instructions to remove an extension from Google Chrome:

  1. On your Google Chrome browser, click menu .
  2. Select More tools > Extensions.
  3. On the extension you want to remove, click Remove from Chrome .
  4. A notice to remove the extension will appear. Click Remove.
