Nectar Desk offers a direct integration with Zendesk for data transfer and ticket creation. By hovering over the Zendesk icon under the integrations page, a modify icon will pop out that will direct to the setup page.

To setup the integration you must first go to the configuration page, the configuration button will direct you to a Zendesk Permission Settings page where you must enter your Zendesk account credentials, which are obtained from your Zendesk account settings.

The permission settings include your zendesk account URL, the systems Agent Email and Zendesk’s API Token.

After entering the required credentials you will be redirected back to the Zendesk integration page where you can select which of the tasks to automate.

The available tasks for automation are:

  • Creating a ticket in Zendesk whenever an inbound call is completed in the system
  • Creating a ticket in Zendesk whenever and outbound call is completed in the system
  • Creating a ticket in Zendesk whenever a new voicemail is left in the system

The task could be turned on by pressing the disabled switch to the right of each task to enable it.

Do not forget to save the changes by pressing the Save Changes blue button on the end of the page.
