1. To enable the create ticket feature press on the toggleable switch option adjacent to “Add Create Ticket button on Dial Pad to add the ability to add tickets in Teamwork Desk” and save changes.
  2. Enabling this feature will add a Create Ticket button directly on Nectar Desk’s Dial pad which gives the user/agents the ability to add tickets into Teamwork desk inboxes.
  3. When pressing the button it will display a form where you can enter the email address of the sender,  the subject of the ticket, the inbox you would like to send the ticket to, and the content of the ticket.
  4. Pressing the save ticket button on the bottom of the form will send the ticket to the selected inbox in Teamwork Desk.
