The entire text you send out doesn’t go through?
Carriers don’t allow to send links. That’s why we created shorten URL option.
If you have Nectar Desk Click to Call Extension installed, all numbers in your Active Campaign account are highlighted like this
If you click on send SMS icon, this pop up will show up:
You can click on Shorten URL button > Paste there a link which you would like to send >
Please click on Shorten and Copy
It is also possible to use URL Shorten in your Nectar Desk account. You can find it under TOOLS
