If you want to create a new ticket in Teamwork Desk when there is a new voicemail in Nectar Desk you have to enable the option in the integration setting and have a Receiving Inbox selected.

To change Teamwork Desk Settings:

  1. Navigate to the Integration screen and click modify for Teamwork Desk
  2. To Enable creating a ticket click the enable button
    • If enabled button will be blue and say Enabled. Clicking again will disable.
    • If disabled the button will be grey and say Disabled.
  3. Select a Teamwork Desk Inbox from the drop-down menu and click Save Changes.
