Nectar Desk has special buttons for convenient and quick work with WhatsApp Messaging in your account. You can send WhatsApp messages with a few clicks.
There are several options when WhatsApp buttons and activities appear:
- a contact has a phone number;
- messaging is enabled for an account;
- if there is any WhatsApp Instance assigned to the agent.
! You need to have an approved WhatsApp Template before composing a text.
You can find the button for WhatsApp Messages in:
- Active messages;
- Voicemail page;
- Calling Campaigns.
Additionally, the Call Dispositions Activities section has the Send WhatsApp button.
