There are 3 User Categories in Nectar Desk : Admin, Normal and Supervisor.
Admin and Supervisor can do everything within the system.
Here is how Nectar Desk Account looks with Admin or Supervisor :
They have access to all settings and are able to alter them.
Normal Agent accounts are limited in the system, they are restricted from accessing other agents accounts or altering the system settings.
They have access to Advanced Agent Analytics where they can see :
- Agent Name
- Calls Offered
- Calls Abandoned
- Idle Time
- Total Login Time
- Break Time / Not Ready Time
- Average Speed of Answer (ASA)
